American Started Planning Flights to Venezuela and Centurion New Rules

American used to be an airline with a huge hub in Venezuela before security reasons when they shut it down. In fact there was a lounge there at CSS.
Now 2 new rules to Centurion, 1 positive, 1 negative.
The bad one is that guests have to be on the same flight. Not much of a biggie but still bad. The good one is if you layover (not depart) you can go into the lounge 5 hours before. Make kids free though please. Comments?
